At Ticket, we have extensive experience in organizing various forms of group trips, corporate travel, and conferences both within Sweden and abroad. With a combination of a strong interest in travel along with creativity and responsiveness from our employees, we specialize in creating fun and exciting trips for those who wish to travel in larger groups. Whether it involves choir festivals, study trips, kick-offs, trips for sports associations, or friend groups, as well as traditional group trips or conference trips, we help our clients find the right destination for their specific needs. We collaborate with a large number of event and travel organizers from Sweden, the Nordics, Europe, the USA, Asia, and the rest of the world. Our group department is currently working at full capacity, and we need to strengthen the team further.

We are a small team that customizes trips for all tastes for different groups. The groups can range from 20 to 200 people, which requires you to be someone who can balance the role of project manager and salesperson in a professional manner. Since you are often alone in your project with the client, you need to be structured and used to working independently. You will belong to our team in Borås or Örnsköldsvik. We will have regular check-ins with the entire team via Teams and meet in person at regular intervals. A couple of times a year, the entire Nordic team meets to plan and develop the work. We also have joint study trips to build connections and develop our skills together.

It is important that you understand the client's needs and take responsibility for the overall experience for your group; from the trip itself to planning the program and experiences on-site. To succeed, you must be creative, driven, and detail-oriented.

Most clients' planning is often long-term, while others have short lead times, which requires both patience and great flexibility from us as sellers.

You should have previous experience with Amadeus, but it is even more important that you have worked with large groups before, perhaps in the hotel or event industry.

The position is full-time and starts by agreement. Our group department operates from two different offices. The placement for this position is either at our office in Borås or at the office in Örnsköldsvik.
